Hey everyone new here. Don't have a diagnosis yet but am being sent to a ms specialist out of town in my province. I have a terrible ataxia and tremor lightheaded dizziness. amongst an aray of other symptoms. Was just curious has anyone had a feeling or pressure in the roof of their mouth and bridge of their nose. I experience exactly the symptoms you have described - a internal wobbly, airy lightheadedness (not vertigo-like). I also have a pressure like sensation in the palate of my mouth and an almost sinus-like pressure across the bridge of my nose (inside my nose) that comes and goes (I don’t have sinusitis).

Welcome to the team Peg. Just possible that you may have a touch of Trigeminal Neuralgia - worth checking that out with your doctor. Lets just hope that if you have MS that it is just an annoying part time visitor!
My neurologist told me that a pressure sensation in the head with dizziness is not a symptom of MS. I was surprised.
Yes! I’ve had pressure on the roof of my mouth and the bridge of my nose. Almost a squeezing sensation like I’m being pinched. I also have tightness in my forehead, cheeks and jaw. It’s like my whole head is encased :(
