I started taking Dalfampridine (generic for Ampyra) this year to help with my walking, I wasn't sure how much it was helping so I asked my doctor if I could skip a couple of doses to see. She said yes. I skipped one full day... never again. It wasn't just my walking, but I felt like my whole body was rebelling. My personal opinion is that it helps more than just my walking. It is rather pricey, but it helps!
