Anyone have diplopia with no evidence of optic neuritis?

I’ve been sick for a few weeks, feeling better but I am having some complications, I see the eye doctor tomorrow and my primary Tuesday. I feel like I have optic neuritis again but I’ve not heard of Diplopia?
