Also my first symptoms before i was diagnosed every now and again i get that even if i am fully covered at night sometimes it's like i have a leg that's not mine as they feel normal but to touch them one feels normal temperature whilst the other feels ice cold and both feet feel cold but to touch them they feel hot. Nerves are such a weird thing, also the outside of my feet are entirely numb all the time. I have never found a cure for that i try because of my family history to deal with pain minimally as long as i can function at my job i keep my pain within a level of 4-5 out of ten anything higher and i seek help as over the counter pain meds no longer work for me as years of dealing with migraines i have built up a resistance to them. And sometimes heat and messaging them can help.
