Does anyone have vivid dreams? I'm wondering if MS has anything to do with it???????
Vivid dreams are experienced when one is in deep REM sleep. You are asleep but you know you are dreaming. Lucid dreams can put the dreamer in the driver's seat in the sense of controlling some of the dream.

oh yes! @A MyMSTeam Member my wish is that a Neurologist who specializes in MS . . ends up having MS (sorry!) and then, they will be on a mission to educate and re-educate all the doctors out there about it!!
Wouldn't that be great! I don't want to wish it on someone, but it might be the only way for them to really learn and understand what this feels like.

I donβt think doctors have any clue unless they have MS them self. The disease is so different in each person. π€·ββοΈπ€¦ββοΈ
@A MyMSTeam Member: Yes, I have vivid dreams. I'm not sure how to respond to your question. I know that there are certain medications that can perpetuate the dreams.
In regards to all of the side effects of meds, I can see the possibility of vivid dreams. However, I don't recall reading about any specific side effect of vivid dreams. I'm sure it is very possible.
Melatonin has caused me some vivid dreams. A med named Gabapetin can cause possible hallucinations. Anything beyond that in regards to vivid dreams would be unbeknownst to me.

From what I understand a βlucidβ dream is a dream that you can control. Mine are nightmares that seem real.
