Has anyone used a fasting app, or do intermittent fasting? Has it helped? Some research suggests it does but was wondering if anyone has done it and does it help?
I practice intermittent fasting regular. I use no ap. I definitely noticed more bounce in my step so to speak and it really helps give my gut that break. I studied this a lot online and on YouTube and I am a true believer in the benefits of intermittent fasting. By no means am I a doctor. At the same time no doctor can cure my MS?
