Grinding/clenching teeth in your sleep with chronic pain and spasticity is common. So I would not believe that neuro.

My gums are in terrible condition. The steroids and oral yeast infections from being prediabetic dont help. I grind and clench in my sleep due to pain. My mouth is excessively dry at all times. My gums are nearly white in color but that's from being anemic. But I recommend looking up side effects on your medications.
