This might help with your feelings of isolation:

These are especially trying times. Please know that are not alone. I consider myself very fortunate to live with my best friend, but I still feel isolated a lot of the time.

Good am @A MyMSTeam Member, I hate to hear that ur going through this right now. Getting out of the house is one thing that would be good, enjoying the sun on ur face. Is there something that you can do on a pt basis for work that u can do from home or close to your home? Getting out will give you different scenery. Another thought talk to a therapist, or call the MYSAA assistance line, they offer a lot.

Pray, pray, and pray some more. What I did for my depression was of course pray, and constantly listened to my favorite songs that made me happy and made me feel good. You're going to be fine. Talk to us.....your M.S. family. We understand what you are going through. 🥰

Got it, AARP. Reach out to the MS site I sent you, the only requirement is MS. We have to be our own advocates bc nobody else is going to do this for us. They have many resources, take advantage what they have to offer.🙏
