I took Tai Chi and it’s helped me a lot
(Once I started playing with a band on a regular basis - my classes have not continued) but - it’s great!
Find a Sifu (teacher) that will be willing to work through any obstacles you come across.

I had a coach (when I was a youth)teach meditation and breathing exercises in our daily sport routine. Fast forward,it has been very helpful in my day to day life. I use it to center/ground myself. I use it for pain management. My son has learned to meditate for sleep. He found the “calm” app helps. Personally, I can put myself in the correct space with the sound of rain, easy to find on the phone.

The med you take for walking is that a dmt
Nuvigil an anti fatigue medication helps me walk. The difference was remarkable. I also take rebif 3x a week.
And I see pain management for my pain.
