Cane Or Rollator?
I’ve been using a cane but am wondering if i should use a rollator because it might help me walk longer distances.
I take Fampyra (Ampyra in the US) and my right foot drops 20-30 minutes into a walk.
Any thoughts?
I vote for whatever makes you feel the most safe. If your worried at all by using a cane than move to a rollator.
This is what most of us consider to be a " Walker ". I have used one of these too, and besides everything else going on, they can really wear you out quickly.
I continue to prefer the rollator type.

I always bring the cane with me when I’m outside because I usually need it within 10-15 minutes. I sometimes use inside as well but it’s not very practical because I’m limited in how much I can carry.
I found the other day to be rather comical when I was vacuuming because I had the cane in one hand and the vacuum in the other. Whatever gets it done 😊
I can walk short distances but use a cane almost always. Outside it's my cane always. I also use the roalator around the house sometimes because I can use it to carry stuff like dishes or laundry.
Used to a cane until I fell a few times then went to a walker. I have the rolling one and the manual one depending on where I'm going or doing. Long distances I use the rolling one because it has a seat.
