My allergy tests did nothing, no control etc. Had to go go off antihistamines for another 10 days and still no results. Finally read MS people may have no reactions. This was 30 years ago so hopefully it has changed.

I know that muscle relaxers can have nasty withdrawal. It’s likely that some of what you are experiencing is from that. So sorry, I hope you feel better soon!

To determine if you are experiencing a flare, consider the following characteristics from the knowledge base:

- Duration: Your symptoms last for 24 hours or more.
- Exclusion of Other Factors: Your symptoms can't be explained by another factor, such as fever or infection.
- Stability: Your condition was stable for 30 days or more before your symptoms worsened.

If your symptoms meet these criteria, it may be a flare. If not, it could be a pseudoexacerbation, which is influenced by factors like hot weather or infections. Always consult your healthcare provider for a definitive diagnosis.
