Does anyone have suggestions on how to get over brain fog? it doen't happen often to me but I really need to be able to think clearly today

I used my phones alarm to remind me of everything. When to take meds, get up, to to bathroom, eat, anything when im having a bad brain fog day. I also use direct deposit and bill pay for every bill. Hope this helps.πŸ˜‰

Write every thing down, set alarms. Take it easy on yourself.... you cant let it control you.πŸ™‚

You don't get over brain fog as far as I know this monster does what it wants

agree post it notes are decorated through out my house. write down lists of things to do, use a calendar. we do and it helps, (yes it does taste like plastic lol!)

yeah - agreed.
you get around it get past it work with it
lists, post-it notes;
sometimes bringing prompting props with me, like a laundry basket beside the bed so when i wake up i have a focal point
