...and they all suck! My friend I grew up with (lived across the street) has MS, Fibro, Lupus and thyroid issues. It has been proven that if you have MS you more than likely will have a few other auto immune issues as well

Yes indeed. In fact, after I was diagnoses with ITP, I was told that auto immune diseases often come in threes. That was a mind blow since I had also been diagnoses with adult onset diabetes . Then I spent five years going through mammograms and ultrasounds because of a spot on my breast. It finally started growing and I was given the verdict of cancer followed by a total right mastectomy. I am now 77 and have found out that the scar tissue from MS formed years ago can cause problems now.
