How it looks changes as you gain perspective about the disease over time. I'll admit it, I struggled with the concept of having MS for the first 6 months. Once I saw that I wasn't to be in a wheelchair unable to feed myself very shortly as a consequence of MS, I settled into things realizing we all are losing things every day and MS just speeds that fact up a bit for us but having MS doesn't give us a pass from living our best life while we get to be here on earth. So, I'd say it looks like it would if you were looking in a funhouse mirror. Weird at first until you realize you probably paid to be near that mirror and you better see the fun in that funhouse mirror because no refunds
