I read that people under lot of stress, especially if they aren't expressing (and are internalising) their emotions, have higher risk of developing autoimmune diseases

If you suffered a lot of head trauma, you might want to ask your MS doctor. I used to work for Women’s Refuge, here in California. I was a registered domestic violence/sexual assault advocate. Took four weeks of training. I am glad to know you have had counseling.

I wonder about that myself. Any kind of abuse is very stressful. I think that the stress may make the MS worse.
