It's good to hear that you are seeing a urologist soon. InterStim Therapy is one of the treatment options for bladder issues related to multiple sclerosis (MS). Here are some key points from the knowledge base:

- InterStim Therapy: This involves implanting a small device that stimulates the nerves to control bladder movements. It is a noninvasive surgery aimed at treating bladder spasms and other bladder control issues.

- Other Treatment Options:
- Botox Injections: Can help relax the bladder muscles and improve symptoms like urinary incontinence.
- Intermittent Self-Catheterization (ISC): Involves inserting small tubes into the urethra to empty the bladder, which can relieve many bladder spasticity symptoms.
- Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy: Helps regain control over the muscles surrounding the bladder.
- Electrical Stimulation: Techniques like neuromuscular electrical stimulation or tibial nerve stimulation can help control bladder muscles.

- Surgery: In severe cases, more invasive surgeries might be considered.

Always discuss all available options with your healthcare provider to determine the best treatment plan for your specific condition.

Skip all those useless treatments and drugs. Go straight for the bladder sling. It made all the difference in the world for me. I can sneeze now, and I don't pee my pants.
