What does everyone take for MS fatigue? I take Modafinil 100mg in the morning. Early afternoon I'm wiped out! Suggestions please...

May I ask how long you have MS?
Neurologist normally start you with one kind of drug and work their way to other drugs over years.

Cindy I just listen to my body and rest. I don't take medications for fatigue, mostly because I take enough medications as it is. Best of luck
