I’m going to take turmeric I keep hearing about it. I’m already taking some other things so I think I’ll add that. 😊

I eat both lion's mane and tumeric w/pepper @A MyMSTeam Member. I do so just because I have had cog fog issues and waves of depression, but to be honest I haven't noticed a noticeable difference while eating them.

Keep active -- both physically and mentally.

On the mental/cog fog side, one can and should read up on habits, games and tips recommended for Alzheimer patients and those who suffer traumatic brain injuries from car crashes and other accidents. Those same habits will help *us* battle our insidious brain disease.

The Supplements are both working great on Me. Years ago I was having so much pain in My Body that a Friend told Me about Turmeric Cu., and I, have been using this now for a few Years. I, came across Lions Mane Mushroom when My Memory was getting very bad and I, started Buying Lions Mane and for Me this really works.
