Toxic people will make you feel worse, and can even cause demyelinating events. No, my family fully supports me, and I never complain about my MS because I feel so fortunate that I'm not worse, and that I have these wonderful people in my life. Surround yourself with people who love and support you, and vice versa❤️
If someone in my family complains about it they would not be in my family any more, so far no one has said anything.🙂
I’ve been fortunate to have supportive friends and family. MyMSTeam friends are great too. They understand with no explanation needed.
My immediate family is very small and they don’t have a problem. When I was working the only people I told were my bosses in case I had problems. Luckily I didn’t. And a couple friends also knew, and they understood I didn’t want lots of people to know. They didn’t constantly ask me about it, which was good, too. I am exceptionally lucky with my ‘family’.
My ex, but she’s not in my circle anymore. I devorced her.
