Hi there! I have the same thing, my muscles in upper legs feel so heavy which makes it hard to walk especially any distance or upstairs so tough. Wish I knew what would help too! MS twenty years now.

I have PPMS. Heavy legs, feel like concrete. I have been prescribed Dalfampridine (generic Ampyra) works, not a miracle by any stretch of the imagination. I wobble.
