If you are "getting there" but shooting blanks,
MS can definitely be the cause. The MS Society can provide more information.

First, happy birthday month. MS has changed sex for me. I enjoyed mixing up positions but MS took away my balance, some positions went with balance for both our safety, then MS took my ability to walk further limiting options. Then my issues with the act started. I'm happily married, and we talked about the new issues as they arose. We still have sex just in a different way. I got some medical help which helped with the act and, though I'm trying to return to on top, her on top for now is all we can muster. That and things that don't involve intercourse. My advice is talk frankly with your partner and find out how you 2 can modify things so the act is still gratifying to you both.

It can and does affect men, but is seldom talked about as kinda taboo and many don't want to or talk about it TBH. Belong to another group that used to be called "men with MS" that topics like this came up frequently (no pun intended).

Alexs, first and foremost, happy birthday month!
Now the question, No/Yes.
The engine still runs but all the drugs I put in my tank.
Make it unpredicktable sometimes, and for a guy, that's a tough one.
There's aids out there but just make sure that they can be taken with your medication 💊
