That's something best discussed with your doctor. But since it is SNRI (and it already is antidepressant) maybe it would be some different kind meds. For example I'm taking Venlafaxine which is also SNRI and after some time I started also taking Bupropion (NDRI) I think they are combining different kinds like this to avoid serotonin syndrome which happens if your body gets too much of serotonine.
