I have one that the VA gave me, but it involves water and a small ice chest, a plug, and vest that has water hoses in the inside of it. I plugged it up one time since I’ve had it. It’s a lot to deal with, lol. The whole unit is called “Cool Flow”, lol. I won’t complain because I didn’t have to pay for it, and it does keep me cool.

I have a few. One is polar products. The other is heavier but I don't know the brand. The heavier one lasts longer especially in the summer. There were times I'd wear both 😂😎
