The marketing says that you push a button to activate and it sends pulse waves that regulate your body temperature. You choose your desired temperature on an app. You can also choose how long the pulses last.

I am constantly researching and reading and this is a good source for information. I try to get on at least every other day. I don’t think I will ever figure the system out completely and that’s ok. You are right. We need to rely on our team and we need to lead the best life we can.

@A MyMSTeam Member I’m just seeing your comment. I really can’t figure out how this system works. If you Google embrwave you can see videos explaining how it is supposed to work. It got good reviews on Amazon. But if you click on the comment from Alexb83 and follow that link it is a MS forum and a thread where they are discussing the product. They mostly have negative reviews.
