Medical mary J works for the spasms!

I take Medical marijuana. Which type helps with spasms? I use topical for back and leg pain and also gummies for sleep.

I have had them for years all over my body from head to toe. They seem to come in cycles for me. One area will have the little spasms and then they disappear.

Only in my feet so far…very uncomfortable

They are very annoying!!
