I now know a little bit about it. I thought I was going crazy with the terrible hot flashes. They are the worst because I’m heat sensitive!!

MS was quiet when I went through it just after beginning chemo. I do still have an occasional hot flash, esp at night, 15 yrs later! Otherwise, no problem.

I’ve had a complete hysterectomy and I have the worst hot flashes while sleeping. I’ll wake up drenched from head to toe and that’s with having my ceiling fan on, a fan at the end of my bed and a fan on my side of the bed. Then I wake up cold from sweating and having the fans blowing on me. Then when it’s cold I sleep with a heating blanket and we’re supposed to avoid heat bc they claim heat can cause flare ups and relapsing.
