I’ve been on Tysabri for six years and it’s been working, but I’ve test JCV positive.
I can switch to another infusion therapy or try something else.
I hate starting all over again BUT the chances of PML are terrifying.
Anyone out there have gotten PML while on infusion therapy?

I’m in my third year of tysabri, and have continued for the last year after becoming JC positive. The advice I received was that there was no hurry to change while the the JC index value is low, but I should change within a few years.
