I’ve been on Tysabri for six years and it’s been working, but I’ve test JCV positive.
I can switch to another infusion therapy or try something else.
I hate starting all over again BUT the chances of PML are terrifying.
Anyone out there have gotten PML while on infusion therapy?
All I know is I have been on Tysabri for over 30 years & will never change off it.They Always test every time I go for the infusion, I love it.🤗
I’m in my third year of tysabri, and have continued for the last year after becoming JC positive. The advice I received was that there was no hurry to change while the the JC index value is low, but I should change within a few years.
