I get SO hot in the winter. I am sure it is indoor heat, but my head sweats like crazy. I get dressed and my hair is wet before I get out the door. Does anyone else have thermoregulation issues?
Yes, it's surprisingly common in MSers. So what do you do? Roll with the punches. On the back of my chair I have a variety of shirts to put on when I'm cold. 🤣
I'm always running hot, which is kinda a joke in our house, that is why my wife married me, as she is usually cold, so likes my heat LOL
