This happens to me often. I will say- Go LEFT when I meant to say-GO RIGHT!

Never fails; even when I am fully aware that it will happen and try to say things correctly + very slowly.

I have what I cal “MS moments.” I know I am trying to say but the word won’t come to me at that time - I few moments later I get the word I was trying to think of and say!

I mix my words up too. I'm usually in the "right room" just wrong item. I'll mean the fridge but say stove, or mean the couch and say recliner. Always an adventure around here.

Yes. Pretty frustrating. This past week my friend, since grade school, texted me:
Everything you say on the phone comes out wrong." Everything? Left and right is somehow confusing. I know my left and right sides, but not pertaining to something in front of me or in back. I've stopped worrying, but continue to "practice" and write down the most ridiculous notes. At work, I would write myself instructions as if they were to guide someone else. Try not to let it make you un-nerved. 😉
