Solar plexus pain

Hi, I've been suffering from pain in and around my solar plexus for the last 3 days. To the point its painful to take deep breaths.
Does anyone else get this?
If so, have you any advice please?

Hi, look up MS hug on this site or others and see if that is relevant to how you are feeling, I have experienced many times but its worth having a look at possibility. Get back to us regarding thoughts

MS hugs can present in different ways, anyway you get them is uncomfortable. Hope you find some relief.
