I was D3 & B12 deficient. Take both as a supplement now
I’m waiting on my MRI this year it’s not been a complete year that I have been on OCREVUS
I researched my medications to find out what vitamins and minerals were being depleting from my body. Then I replace those vitamins and minerals. In some cases I used a nutritionist to help fix those deficiencies.
A B12 deficiency I need to look into. The Dilantin I take for epilepsy reduces absorption of B12 . Excessive amount of B12 can cause a seizure. Maybe I’ll consult a nutritionist.
@A MyMSTeam Member, I am so sorry to hear of some of your struggles; that is extremely difficult to have to endure! I too use assistive mobility devices when needed. As I’m sure you’re well aware, every day is different and presents it’s own unique challenges. Sending hugs your way and wishing you the best! Ocrevus seems to work well for some people but the idea that a drug I’d be taking to prevent further MS disease progression could in turn cause cancer itself, scares me personally. I know everyone is different and hope it works well for you and you see some promising results! 💗
