I get hot spots on my feet, like the size of a quarter. So weird

You know there are so many things symptoms that I read and it takes me back to when I was young 15 and I remember these things happening to me. So scary I even remember my feet being hot back then when I was little. So strange all this illness is all coming to like now

I remember leaving a concert in my 20s, not dx yet but my feet were on fire. Someone ditched their ice from a cooler and I immediately walked over, slid my sandals off and stood on the ice. It was heaven!

My feet felt like they were on fire, so hard to cool them down. Walking barefoot on a cool surface such as tile, or even grass helped me. Good luck

Sometimes a cool tile floor is good. I am going through the change of life and I either scrabble for my fluffy socks and warm sweater or ditching all when a hot flash strikes.
