I did try one before bed time as recommended. I was dizzy the entire next day! It was horrible. Another thing that concerns me about it are one of the side effects is hair loss. I have experienced some of that with another medication. I don't want to lose anymore.

Beam, it works good for me. The only Con I had was a hallucination (1).

I never had one again. Mine was funny and I told it β€œ Whatever and shut up!” πŸ˜ŒπŸ˜πŸ™‚πŸ˜‚

Have taken it 3+ a day no problem for 5 years. Stress of being care giver for my husband made me tired and dizzy. Just recently was taken off. Doing tests now to see why the reaction. Was in good place with that until then. Kept my nerves in good condition. Relapses were minimal. I travel the world and had no problem.
