This depends on where you're at with you m.s. I have RRMS and it is mostly as under control as it can be. I work as an elementary teacher. I do have accommodations, but I can still do the work I need to.

For a 45-year-old with primary progressive multiple sclerosis (PPMS), considering low-stress job options and reasonable accommodations can be beneficial. Here are some suggestions based on the knowledge base:

- Flexible Schedule Jobs: Jobs that allow for a flexible schedule can help manage fatigue and other symptoms.
- Remote Work: Working from home can reduce the stress of commuting and provide a comfortable environment.
- Part-Time Positions: Reducing work hours can help manage energy levels.
- Jobs with Accommodations: Positions where employers can provide reasonable accommodations, such as adjustable workstations, screen magnification software, and accessible parking spaces.
- Vocational Rehabilitation: Seeking help from vocational rehabilitation therapists to explore suitable career options.

It's important to assess personal interests, skills, and the level of support available from potential employers.
