I've been having numbness in my hands for 10 years. At first it was tingling, burning numbness. I assume it was a flare up, I just didn't know it. When I was pregnant in 2017 I noticed that my hands didn't feel as numb. Sometime after I had my baby in 2018, most mornings I'd wake up and just lay there I'd actually feel normalcy in my hands. When I was pregnant it was like I didn't even have MS. The secret is to stay pregnant!!😁

I was tested for carpal tunnel a couple times. It wasn't that, which I thought so for many years.
