There’s a lot of trigger foods that make you feel awful. Experiment and see if any of them are making you feel this way. If they are I’d make an appointment with an allergist or GI doctor. It might be best to just see a GI doctor anyway. I would suggest any MS patient see a GI doc because almost all of us have bowel issues along with digestive problems. They also work with you on getting a good nutritionist.
Thank you so much for this information about histamine I will do some research on it. I'm not sure what MCAS mass cell activation syndrome is but will look it up. Thank you once again. I'm interested in the diet.
