That everyone's disease is unique to them and attitude can positively or negatively affect the course of the disease.

Just how far the progression of the disease has reached.

@A MyMSTeam Member No one has a definitive reason for or a cause of MS fatigue, as likely there are unique causes for everyone, much like how MS is unique for everyone. Look at the treaatments for it which are all off label. Anti-virals for some people, stimulants for others.
