Wet grey windy days definitely elicit complaints from my muscles n bones, even when I'm indoors. Scotland is beautiful, but there's a lot òf MS. I attended a conference once which related it to lack of Daylight, and i feel , with me at least, that might be true.
@A MyMSTeam Member, I don't think there is a right weather. I get cold easy and I get hot easy, although the cold is easier to put up with. Sometimes even the air from the fan or wind seems to hurt my skin. I just try to get by the best I can
Hi Dianne 799, ,I also have this problem ,,,and have noticed it more when there are storms comiNg ,it's also got something to do with air pressure at this time or a lack off pressure either way the body feels worse ,mixed with ms ,,,,things feel lousy,,,,,,I hope this ,,,many blessings Ⓜ🙏❤
Uh, yes the rain is terrible on the joints. It’s actually changing barometer that causes the joint pain.
I have a lot of aches and pains when it rains but it's mostly due to arthritis.
