Are you peri menopasal? ( between? 40 & 60? I had the not sweating issue and tested positive for sjogrens .. it’s just a blood test. It’s worth checking if you have MS as well

Yay night sweats 😓. Apparently waking up in the middle of the night drenched is pretty normal with MS. Just have a bunch of on hand clean pjs you can switch out of 😆 that's what I've gotten used to doing. Sometimes i just go to bed in the shirt i was wearing that day because I'm running low on pjs.

I sweat in bed with the air conditioner on and it's a little humid outside from the rain. I sweat when I workout too. But again humility plays a part on how much.
