Yes Igot one years ago that has pockets for thin soft ice packs.. in some stores you can get a neckerchief that cools. You put it in freezer night before and just tie it on your neck. It is my favorite.

Also carry a wet wash cloth in a zip lock baggy with ice and use it to cool my face. Refreshing. Tip: stay in the shade!
