Has anyone tried KESIMPTA yet? Possiblity that my doctor might put me on it after my MRI results
Hi. I’ve been on Kesimpta for about 2years. No flares and best news for me, MRI after first year showed most brain lesions completely gone! No balance issues, feeling great, no side effects for me. 😀😘
I tried kesimpta. Had mild chills for the first month. Then no more. Had to switch though wasn’t strong enough for my ms. They recommend you take a Benadryl and two Tylenol . Some only need it the first month I read. I took it all 7. Some said it kept them up so I took mine in the morning. But they might not have been able to sleep it off during the day. Worth a try.

I am currently on Kesimpta. My Vanderbilt MS neurologist said today that he has not yet had a patient have a relapse on Kesimpta (but I may be his first).
I had absolutely horrible side effects from the first DMT that I was taking. With Kesimpta I have had absolutely NO side effects; and injecting subcutaneously with a pen is so much better and less painful than injecting deep into a muscle or an infusion with a pen you have to beg for. 🙄
Thank you. I currently on OCREVUS. Its been helping but it's been 2 weeks when I was supposed to get it. And because of that I relapsed 😔
