I found that because I urinate more often than most people, the Urgency and pressure are a factor.
I urinate more often because I don't wanna be caught in a bad spot. Therefore, I go more often than I normally would.

Happens to me on a daily. Especially at bed time. Not sure why, though I am assuming it’s blocked signals🤷
