It’s been a bumpy road. Felt forced back only to fail and get some documented conversations. It’s clear Im not healthy enough to work. Hopefully, this time the process will go more smoothly.
Don't quit and make them let you go and seek a disability lawyer. You have a pretty good case.
Beware, if they forced you back that was what they were looking for was documentaton you can't meet the job requirements so they can let you go and they have it documented. Better would have been to get neurologist to sday you needed accomadations and then they would have had to offer or face legal issues.
Really depends on the employeer and how honest they are, it can be a good thing, however my emplyeer used it to fire me. Illegal, yes!! They paid!!!
