15 years on Tysabri, recently became JCV +( with very high levels)My Neuro is concerned about PML. I’ve been for lots of bloodwork and a Lumbar puncture. Still waiting on results but I’m kinda freaking out!!! I’m on zero ms treatment as I’ve been pulled off Tysabri and I’m scared of rebound relapses as I wait to start Kesimpta.
I think if they've had pml they wouldn't be on here because pml usually leads to death or severe disability
Try not to freak out too much about it. Anyone can get PML even if they are JCV negative.
