Don't set out to exercise, just go do something, yard work,house work ,whatever. Its all about movement

find someone to work out with, if you have an iPod or other music device, find some songs to move and groove to. Find and try some exercises or other fitness ideas like using a sturdy chair for chair aerobics (yes, I have 2
DVDs called "Sit and be Fit), use the sturdy walls in or outside your house to do stretches or a reasonably high step to stretch or do step aerobics to. Start small and hopefully, you'll find one or two you'll be able to do and have fun too. Hope these tips help.
