Well I’ve had MS X 31 years and I’m 67, still functioning
No that I like to but I take a bunch of DMT’s exercise, read. Like you said it’s not a life sentence, it’s made me more conscious of what I eat exercise etc etc
I was a family doctor for 30 years
I retired 7 years ago, I wanted to keep working for a few more years but my neurologist advised this so I did it
Anyway, life goes on
And fyi one book that really touched me was “ when breath becomes air “
It’s a true story of a lovely man, a neurosurgeon, non smoker who died of lung cancer
( he said that he odds of that were about 1/400,000)
I’m not giving this way , it’s mentioned in the preface. This book was lovely and it made me appreciate what I have
Reading it I thought “ yeah your situation is difficult Ade , but nothing like his
I downloaded a sample on kindle then bought the whole kindle book and also the paperback
Stay well 😀
