I get a one hour massage every two weeks and it helps with my muscle spasms. I also get acupuncture and cupping every three weeks. I could not function without both!

It treats symptoms but not lesions but Tried it all. Comfort is worth it.

Acupuncture has worked for me with the leg pain I have. Also use gabapentin. Massage therapy has worked as well. Also unwrapped bars (4) of soap for muscle cramps & pain. Sounds crazy; I thought so too, but it works for me.
I do not like taking medicine, but what ever works within reason, I'll try.
Good luck!

Hi JnWard 👋 I have acupuncture every two weeks. It has helped my burning feet, they still burn but it’s more tolerable after acupuncture. It has bought relief to my jaw which I clench due to pain - it’s much more comfortable now. I have intense burning in many places - acupuncture turns down the dial. I am also taking gabapentin and duloxetine. I was very skeptical at the outset but have found it somewhat eases my pain.
I tried aroma massage therapy, it was very relaxing 😊
