I am hesitant to have a surgery to repair the labrum on my right hip, that's been torn. I'm trying everything to have it heal. But I was told that they rarely heal without surgery or a hip replacement. I'm afraid that I will have problems with more chronic pain if I do the surgery. My physical therapist told me yesterday that excersize can help it heal maybe...
Hi I've had MS for 45 years starting as RRMS but SPMS for the last 15 years
I've had several surgeries over that time ... ear, bladder, wrist, nasal and others, and none of them has caused any relapses or flare-ups.
But always consult your doctor before you have the operation.
May God bless you and bring you healing and comfort.

Oh goodness π³
Is there any services available to get someone to help you with daily stuff so it won't be so taxing on energy levels?
Maybe ask your doctor if they have any programs for that
Not for someone to do everything but to help you.
I'm sending prayers your way
