Could an Undiagnosed Sleep Disorder Cause Your MS Fatigue? Read Article...

Hi there Lynne, there are many things to help with sleep. Last night, I posted a picture of "Dream Well" sleep drink. There's also sleep chocolates, melatonin, L-theanine, tryptophan (also in turkey, chicken, milk, soy and a few other foods), valerian, GABA (not to be confused with gabapentin), reishi mushroom powder and capsules and more. If none of these work, consider going to a sleep clinic.

Hello @A MyMSTeam Member 👋 I’ve had insomnia for years. Tried just about everything without success. I finally took advice and started on medical cannabis, prescribed by an MS consultant. I now fall asleep quickly and on average get 6 hours sleep which is a huge improvement. Good luck and hope you find something that suits you 🤗
