I got no answers as to my chronic back pain. I have done it ALL (read my story) with no results. Finally told by an anesthesia doctor that I have DDD, degenerative disc disease. That is 24/7 nonstop pain.

• "Electric shock" type nerve sensations
• Pain that changes throughout the day
• Pain that affects posture, especially in the morning There are several ways to help manage MS-related back pain:

• Work with a physical or occupational therapist
• Try pain medications recommended by your doctor
• Do gentle exercises and stretches
• Use assistive devices when needed
• Modify your home environment
• Track your pain patterns in a diary to discuss with your healthcare provider

Remember to describe your symptoms in detail to your doctor, including location, type of pain, and when it occurs. This helps ensure you get the most appropriate treatment plan.
